Terms and ConditionsWarrantyAll of our equipment comes with a 2 year parts and 1 year labour warranty as standard - unless otherwise stated Warranty exclusionsProducts must have been installed and regularly serviced by qualified engineers. Warranty is invalid if water softeners are not fitted where required, all Ware washers, Steamers, and Combi/steam ovens require water treatment units.We would suggest any appliance being fitted to a water supply has some form of water treatment unit - it will save you on repair bills. Customer misuse or failure to adhere to the installation and user guide. Products must be kept clean - eg - pilots being blocked by boiling over, Refrigeration condensers being blocked, - causing equipment failures will not be covered by the warranty. Gaskets, glass panels and lightbulbs are excluded from the warranty PaymentPayment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or leasing or by Direct Bank transfer. All goods supplied remain the property of the Vendor until paid for in full. Warranty terms will only apply after equipment is paid. Failure to pay for equipment within the Invoice terms will result in removal of equipment and/or legal action. LeasingWhy not take advantage of tax efficient leasing*, whereby equipment can be purchased from a few pounds per week. Call our sales office for a quotation. Delivery chargesOn orders less than £250 a £15.00 handling fee is applicable, over £250 delivery charge is included for main land UK - a delivery charge may apply to Scottish Highlands please ring office. All prices quoted are for kerb side delivery only - Siting and installation can be arranged at an additional cost - please contact the office for a quote.
It is your responisibility to check the equipment will fit through doors etc. Timed Deliveries Can Be Arranged please contact the office. All goods should be inspected as soon as they are delivered and any damage reported to the carrier and signed for damaged on the carriers' delivery note. All claims for damage must be put in writing to us within 24 hours of taking delivery. Returns policy Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee which covers the cost of deliveyr, collection and restocking. All equipment must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. It is not possible to return equipment which has been ordered specially and is not a stock item. Chefsrange is an internet trading division of Euro Catering Equipment Ltd.
